Neon Controller is a PC-to-mobile game streaming application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Android app and Windows companion application.

When you use Neon Controller, your gaming PC encodes your screen and streams it directly to your phone. On your local network, this happens entirely within your own home. For remote play via VPN, the connection is established between your devices — Neon Controller's servers are not involved in the video or audio stream at any point.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes. We may share data with payment processors, anonymous analytics providers, or legal authorities if required by law.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Request deletion at any time: support@neoncontroller.app. Crash reports retained for 12 months.
The pairing process uses a one-time code exchange on your local network. We recommend keeping the Windows app updated. For remote play, use a reputable VPN solution (ZeroTier or WireGuard) rather than opening ports on your router.
Neon Controller is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
